Umatech Micron roll crushers are normally used as secondary and tertiary crushers where narrow range of product/particle size required, i.e. 0.5mm to 20mm. Umatech Roll crushers are available in wide range, given below, for satisfying the need of various production capacity and product size. Available in Plain type and toothed/corrugated type rollers surfaces.
Working Principle;
Two rollers having same or different diameter are rotated towards each other at the same/different speeds. Material is fed between the gap adjusted as per
product size required. Crushing action takes place mostly shear or pressing the material between two rollers.
Features & Benefits;
- Rings of the rollers are made of mostly wear resistance steel like 13-14% manganese or any other hardened steel, gives longer life of rollers.
- Arrangement of feeding the material exactly at the centre is provided in order to get best results.
- As the material is crushed once, when it passes through the percentage of fines is much less.
- Easy mechanical gap Adjustment between two rollers. Maintenance very simple & capacity wise is economical.
