Frame :     The frame & ribbings are designed with the proper workmanship to ensure all Alignments with the respects to distribute the balance & strength of machine.
Clutch :     Clutch is provided by hardened rolling key for easy & maintenance free Working (N.B. we can also provide pin key on demand).
Eccentric :     High standards of dimensional accuracy are maintained for longer life & better performance.
Crank :     To avoid maintenance our experience team takes every proper care while manufacturing crank. Crank is made from Alloy steel having Carbon with in, supported from both the sides to maintained its standard. It is supported by phosphors- Bronze, proper lubrication grooves are made for very smooth working & long life.
Slides & Ram :     Suitable surface grinding is done on both sides as well as ram for longer life of die &to reduce were & tare.
Quality Control :     Boring of our machine is done in hi-tech N.C (Numeric Control) machines to get the optimum dimensional accuracy & linger life of power press.
